You ever get stuck in your head? Like stuck stuck? When I say stuck I mean the same thing keeps replaying in your head and you don’t know if it is a scenario that has occurred or it’s something that’s going to happen and on top of that you don’t know if it is good or bad. No? I thought so. It could just be a me thing.
One of my favorite sayings is “the mind is a tricky thing” because you never know why it does the things it does. Doctors can’t even figure it out sometimes.
When I’m feeling this way I like to distance myself, I like to stay away from everyone for about 30 minutes, meditate, go on walks to clear my mind, or even go hiking to distract myself with a beautiful scenery.
I try to find that balance that brings me back to life, that brings me back to feeling like myself again. I can’t let the way I feel keep me boxed in.
